By downloading, installing, or using FastFlix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

FastFlix is designed to provide AI-powered movie and TV show recommendations. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use FastFlix
• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
• You will not use the service to distribute harmful or illegal content

FastFlix offers subscription-based premium features with the following terms:

• Subscriptions are auto-renewable and charged monthly (€2.99) or yearly (€29.99)
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods

FastFlix and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

FastFlix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application.

We may terminate or suspend your access to FastFlix at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
